"This location, The front desk Lori she is very nice lady, she is so nice to patient and she is friendly and kindly to patient, and she has very good patience to every visitor."
"pt.2 Lex not to mention how she would talk to me in that rude tone and accuse me of interrupting her only to be interrupted numerous times by her every single time i would talk and at one point i had to tell her very sternly to hold on because it was my turn to talk, as someone who struggles with horrible anxiety, I really had to stand my ground at that moment, and she handled that conversation so horribly that halfway through my anxiety was through the roof to where i was trembling and you could hear me shaking through my voice and if you think your job is to cause someone to feel that way because of your attendance policy that you never even explained to someone in the first place then i highly suggest you find another workplace because that’s just sad. and one thing that I noticed, and what also truly scared me, was the fact that when my mother was present during my appointments not once did she ever speak to me that way. after putting up with her rude tone, and how abrasive she was eventually, I told her that I just wanted to schedule my appointment like I wanted to in the first place and ask for a new case manager since it wasn’t working out and move forward. she then tried to assign me to another case manager that was also in training, which I couldn’t believe at all considering I had already told her about the few issues with my last case manager, so I insisted on asking for a more experienced case manager. my decision to leave SMI was the day after with my phone call with Deb or Debbie who was supposed to help with my meds. Deb had the same exact tone that Lynn had. She was very rude, unhelpful, abrasive, judgmental, and insensitive. didn’t seem to care about my well-being or seem to care to make a connection with me whatsoever. Being treated like a child is a very big trigger for me and that’s exactly how I felt speaking to anyone on that team. she never even asked me about how I was feeling mentally to try to find some medication. It really just felt like she was treating me as if my situation wasn’t serious at all, and despite me being on my anxiety medication for almost two years, and having a healthy relationship with my medication, she told me that she would not be able to prescribe me my anxiety medication because of my past suicide attempts.. from 2018. so I guess if you ever go through something traumatic and fall through that horrible hole of SI that means that you don’t deserve anxiety meds because apparently that makes sense. Midway through our appointment eventually I realize that the people at this company were not good people and did not genuinely want to help anyone so I decided to tell her to her face exactly how I felt and exactly how she was treating me, and that I was very appalled by how her and the rest of her team treat people and how they carry themselves as mental health care workers. NONE of it made any sense and now I can just add this place to the list of, horrible mental health facilities that I have experienced already. The case manager I was assigned to after, her name is kelly, and she was the only person who was truly genuine and nice, and seemed to truly care about my well-being i hope someone who is need of help finds her. This was my experience with Southwest Network, i hope that not everyone has the same experience and if you did or possibly do in the future i wish you luck and hope that these people treat you better than they treated me."
"pt.1 I have been struggling with my mental health issues for years. I deal with PTSD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, deep depression, ADHD, and panic attacks on a daily basis. i’ve spent years trying to find a good company that offers amazing resources like meds, therapy, and more. unfortunately this company was shockingly horrible. I had two appointments and everything seemed to be OK. Everyone was nice and my mother was with me both times that I had those appointments, she is a big part of my healing journey. The case manager I was assigned to was harmonie who is still in training, and had already made mistakes (giving me the wrong phone number to reach anyone for help twice, not giving me any sort of guidance) everything was frustrating because I felt like my situation wasn’t being dealt with the way that it needed to be. After I had decided that I was going to ask for a new case manager I called to speak with Lynn the supervisor, a woman named Teresa answered the phone in the front office and was incredibly rude, unhelpful and spoke to me like i was a child. once Lynn finally called me she was also very rude from the moment that I answered the phone, she started going on about how I had missed three appointments and telling me that I would have to attend an attendance class in order to schedule another appointment. So I tried to explain to her that she had never once explained to me that there would be any kind of disciplinary actions if I had ever accidentally missed an appointment. I tried explaining to her that my depression was so horrible that I could not leave the bed and that harmonie was unhelpful and did not even recommend a video appointment. She then proceeded to argue with me that I was in the wrong and claimed that the last appointment we had face-to-face she told me that I had an appointment set and that it was my fault that I did not attend it, now I have ADHD, and I have a bad memory, but I know for a fact that she told me that they were going to call me to reschedule an appointment, and my mother was there at the time, and she even recalls the same exact thing so when I tried to explain that to her, I even mentioned "Hey even if there was a misunderstanding, you still never expressed to me that I would have to take an attendance class for missing appointments" and her response was "NO, I said that to your face on this day" three times as if proving her point was the goal of the conversation and at some point I told her that i wasn’t gonna just sit here and argue with her. eventually i had to say I don’t understand why you’re talking to me like this you are talking to me as if I were a child and I don’t like it at all, you need to stop talking to me like that because it’s very inappropriate I told her that she made me feel like she was belittling me. Not once did she ever apologize to me for the way that she acted. she started accusing me of not actually wanting help because I missed one appointment. Her words exactly were "we want to make sure that there are appointments for people who ACTUALLY want to get help here" which makes absolutely no sense to me because if you work at a mental health facility and work with people who struggle with depression how can you not understand that it’s truly hard for those people to do absolutely anything. and what’s even more crazy is the fact that she was so set on arguing with me when in reality she was in the wrong and her employees in the front office, mixed up my appointments"
"Martha is by far the worst doctor on earth. She had absolutely no concern after running my entire life I'm lucky if I'll ever recover from the damage caused by medication I was prescribed and forced to take. She deserves to be killed, I lost my entire life to this clinic do not go here"
"Strongly recommend not going here for care. The pharmacy is amazing but that is it! They push meds heavily. Don’t follow through with counseling, therapy or any support. They also knock family trying to support their loved ones. They claim they need to be independent, I understand but truth is they don’t want us speaking up for them. If you have insurance go somewhere else. You will just a blank case load overlooked here."
