"Dr. Richardson is a very patient, Kind and thorough doctor. Always listens and has great bed side manner"
"Run from this place... 3 dr.s in three months... Dont answer phone... Refuse to talk to your pharmacy to keep you straight on meds.every month hassle to get refills...wasted 30 min every month... No people skills .like there just winging it."
"They’re the worst when it comes to empathy ! They’re the worst when it comes to customer service. They’re the worst when it comes to refilling a prescription! I am a patient here and have been since 2013 I called in today because I need my blood pressure meds refilled ..NOT A NARCOTIC mind you but BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS I TAKE TO KEEP MY BLOOD PRESSURE UNDER CONTROL … according to this place I have to go in and pay $75 to see the doctor and I will still have to pay for my prescriptions after ? Why is it so hard for them to fill it when the pharmacy sends them the request ?? Like all other doctors …. I need to find a new doctor"
"Every time you need a refill on your meds they make you come for an appointment. While at the appointment they check your weight, blood pressure, then sent you for bloodwork. I took my daughter for bloodwork and called for a refill and the still told me to make an appointment. I think it’s a moneymaker. Why don’t they work like other clinics that can receive a fax from the pharmacy and why don’t they do three months at a time of refills. I don’t recommend this place. Save your insurance some money and yourself some time and gas. Oh and if you call people don’t speak English and you can’t understand what they’re saying so the conversation could go on for quite some time."
"This was my first time at this location and it was absolutely ridiculous. The P.A I saw was the rudest medical professional I've seen in a long time. The appointment lasted 5 minutes maybe, and she said to me if you become a patient of mine I will take all meds away from you. I told her I'm only here because my Dr wasn't available in time. I was polite and answered her questions but she still was very rude. I do NOT recommend this location or this "Dr". My normal location is amazing and I will stick with them."
