"Always welcoming. Never a long wait. My Dr. (Kirby) is always patient, listens to all my concerns and never ever rushes through my appointments. I feel heard and I feel like she truly cares about my health and wellbeing . She recently changed locations and I would gladly follow her wherever she goes. She has gotten my blood pressure down to a normal level, my cholesterol to normal levels and always is genuinely happy with her work. As am I."

"My first experience was last year when I went to the Village Medical in Chandler on Chandler Blvd. I went to the clinic bcuz there was a problem with my eye after a fall in the park in Easter. Dr Liu or Dr Wayne was so great he knew immediately something was wrong and sent to the hospital. I broke my eye socket which ultimately resulted in Emergency Surgery. I began going to see Dr Wayne as my primary doctor bcuz his quality of care. I’ve used the clinic almost a year now. While I love the clinic, the staff and the interiors I can’t stand the call center that Village Medical practices with. For every situation whether scheduling, rescheduling or needing assistance from Dr Wayne’s staff or medical assistant the calls to the call center is pain staking. All their rep are very friendly but I realize their call center must be in another country most of my requests are lost in translation, take over a half hour bcuz they ask a series of questions every time you call. Most doctor offices have a message center you take two minutes to leave a quick message of the doctor’s assistant and you get a call back within 24hours. I had a future appointment set for Dr Wayne and I was called to reschedule the appt. But I found they are closing that location, I said I’ll moved my a appt to another clinic closer to my house and found they are closing that one too. Village Medical, I can tell you why you didn’t find success in AZ, bcuz your idea of centralizing scheduling and messaging at a call center was a complete failure! It’s too bad Walgreen’s allowed you to shrink their inventory and retail space and place medical center in each store. If this Medical center was Walgreen’ s idea and concept you should stick to selling pharmaceuticals. This failure is my fifth attempt to finding a doctor in the last 10 years as I lost my doctor of 20 years bcuz she could no longer afford to keep her practice open, a corporation purchased my doctors practice and closed within 1 year bcuz ppl aren’t a number or a bottom line, my next doctor was too far away 3 city’s from where I lived, the next doctor in the city I lived became a concierge doctor for an additional $5000 per in addition to my medical insurance, Dr Wayne is the first doctor I’ve had in 3 years. On to the journey of finding another doctor…"

"The provider Shannon, was very sweet along with the staff. Everyone tended to my feelings and needs and wasn’t trying to kick me out like doctor offices typically do. They were patient and made the experience so much better , they were in a little of a rush but it’s okay because they were there with me after hours and I appreciate that so much! I can’t think of the staff that was helping the provider Shannon , but she was amazing thank you !"
