"Office staff will randomly cancel appointments??? Ask why, your not on the schedule. But I got an email 4 days ago confirming my appointment and asking me to fill out paperwork? There's no appointment on the schedule. Needed to talk to your doctor regardless of the appointment and said up front you had a medical question, well now you cant talk to the doctor because they worry your going to ask the provider scheduling questions. Thanks so much for making sure my urgent medical question was answered. Thanks so much for caring about your pregnant patients. Oh wait. Deka's an average doctor not worth the hassle or stress of her office"

"I am super happy with my experience here. I switched here from another provider due to medical gaslighting, and an overall lack of professionalism and appropriate communication. Not only is my doctor extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional, but the entire staff is “on it.” From appointment reminders to the check in process/being greeted, to the process of being taken back for the appointment, I just have an overall sense of compassion and competence from all the staff, both of which are really really important to me. Very happy to have found them and already recommending others to them. (Separately, I’ve also been thrilled with the results of my testosterone pellet!)"

"I would not recommend this practice. I was 12 weeks pregnant and went in for my second appointment, before even meeting my doctor they wanted an upfront payment of over $500.00 for a delivery charge. My doctor was not available as they had another emergency delivery. I had asked for an alternative doctor, and they told me that someone would be available at 11AM. My husband had taken the day off to be at this appointment with me. While we were waiting for the 11AM appointment the office manager told me that they were not going to see me as a patient. I am over 40 and high risk and to do this and leave a patient like that was the worst customer service and experience ever. I drove home crying the entire time. They obviously care more about their payments then customer experience and bedside manner."
