"I came down from Flagstaff (2 hrs each way) for an allergy shot only to find they were closed! A staff member said they didn't have a doctor today. What!! they have 5 doctors shown on the front door. Poor service. Would not recommend."

"He actually takes time to talk to you about your issues. However to get a prescription renewal is like your a crack addict or something. every 6 months I have to beg for a resuce inhaler to hold me until I can get an appointment. This November was the last straw after 8 years, I am now currently looking for a new doctor. This group of doctors are ignoring the human element and now are totally corporate and just don't care"

"I had a 4pm appointment. I'm writing this review at 4:40. MA was rude. Front desk was on. I've seen this Dr at multiple locations and it gets worse everytime. He has no interest in figuring out what is wrong with me since I don't fit into a bear little box. If it's more than a typical allergy or asthma, stay away from this Dr."

"Receptionist very unprofessional and only grunts, never speaks. I waited almost 20 minutes for my shot only to then be told my card didn't register. Since I got the grunt assumed it took. Only 2 people in waiting room. I finally get my shot only to be told the vaccine expired 2 months ago. Some of the nurses are outstanding, a few (Tuesdays) are just rude."

"As a physician, I can tell you that this is the most poorly run medical office I have ever encountered. I did not realize at first since my wife was taking my son in for allergy shots, until I had to interact with the office myself. This office is almost impossible to get through to by voice, and you will be kept on hold for a long time until finally the phone disconnects. They are routinely and randomly closed without notice and going against there posted hours making getting weekly allergy shots difficult. The staff and physicians are nice but it is not worth the weekly frustrations of scheduling. If your child needs allergy shots, please think about another office."
