"I felt that my concerns were not being met and that I was just quickly getting pushed out of the door with questions unanswered. Also Nurse Practitioner who stated was a PA was one of the rudest people I met there then came the Doctor himself. I was feeling scared and nervous and confused as to everything I was feeling and went to seek help for this illness and instead I just ended up crying in the parking lot cuz the outcome of what should have been a treatment plan never happened also they way I was treated was not what I expected and that all saddened me. I’m again with an unknown diagnosis and with symptoms that scares me. The one star is for the receptionist who was the only one concerned with me."

"I was over the moon happy with my experience when Rita was there. She listened and took time to understand my condition. Her MA was very willing to help get information to Rita and responded back. With the transition to the new company and the new staff, albeit friendly, the portal is not helpful and the MA has not been able to take care of my needs. My recent visit was very robotic. The doctor did not know what medication I was on and only evaluated be through conversation. My plan to come less often has been changed to every 3 months again even though, based on my visit, a telemed would suffice. The personalized care seems to be lacking with Rita gone from the practice."
