"Clinically, the staff behind the counter, providing care, are Top notch. The reception staff are another matter. One of them, the AZCCC staff just told me she did Not have to wear a mask because she's behind a counter, an open counter. Every other employee and person in the lobby is wearing a mask as these are Cancer patients, but when she was asked by a patient, she refused. If masks are needed, tell me how sitting 3' from patients protects patients"

"The oncologist at this center failed to obtain prior authorization to see my mother. They proceeded to tell her, on the day of her surgery to place her portal, that they are out-of-network (even though they had seen her in-office a week prior- with no prior authorization). Now, treatment is being delayed due to clerical errors made by this institution. Please do not take your loved ones here. Their treatment is not treated seriously."
