"I was referred to Dr. LaTowsky by my primary doctor, a few years prior. I liked the doctor and made a followup the next year. However, with every followup appointment, I felt like I was brushed off on his physician assistant (P.A.), which wasn't an issue at first. The office staff is never welcoming. They always appear to be in a bad mood. No smiles and no care, from my perspective. Good luck trying to schedule an appt or to speak with someone about an occurring medical issue. Each phone call takes at least 20 minutes to reach a staff member. Once you reach a staff member, they'll take a message, sometimes a detailed one, and you may or may not receive a response. I had an allergic reaction to a medication prescribed to me, by the physician assistant and spoke to his assistant, who typed a detailed description of my incident. She said the doctor would return my call. Never heard back. The PA then wanted to schedule a procedure to make certain that all was well with my issue. I wasn't able to schedule for months. There was always an issue with one party or another. I finally canceled and waited for the doctor, P.A., or assistant to return my call. It's been over a month and no call has been received. I finally found a different Urologist, through Google reviews, and have had my initial appointment, a few tests done, and the procedure completed, in a matter of 2 weeks. I rarely post bad reviews. However, this office has wasted so much of my time, that I wanted to share my feedback so that others will know what my experience has been."
"Believe all the negative reviews. This is one of those dr offices where you wish you could write 1000 reviews because then maybe you’d get someone’s attention. Currently in the waiting room, the dr is over an hour late and angry customers are arguing for refunds with the receptionist. I’ve been a patient for over a year and every step has been hellacious. Appointments have been misbooked, canceled at the last minute, every wait has been 3+ months between treatments due to scheduling and the providers don’t seem to know or care. This is my final appointment with this group and I’m so glad to be done with it. Please, please don’t initiate services with this physician group- see someone (anyone) else. Finally, the doctors are pretty good (but they do stick to a diagnostic playbook)."
"You guys are dishonest and swindlers. You have ripped me off for 2,500 $ up front for the LIGHT INTENSITY SHOCK WAVE THERAPY (LISWT). Shame on you for cheating your customers who are in desperate need of assistance with LISWT treatment. I have had only two therapy session two weeks in a row. Since then 4 weeks have passed and your LISWT machine has not been repaired yet. You have been sending notifications via test message to concur new appointment and then you have been giving me a call each time on the day of the appointment that LISWT machine was still broken. You have perpetuated this pattern of lies from week to week. You have destroyed my plans. I have planned to have finished with the LISWT therapy prior to my vacation with my fiancee. This is non ethical work on your part. Such non ethical behavior is not allowed to be conducted. Your practicing license should be revoked such that you will not able anymore to cheat customers who have put trust in your hands and to rip them off 2,500 $in advance. PA Mary Schmitz should be held responsible this. I had put a trust in her prior to my decision to pay 2,500 $ up front. You owe me my money back. Shame on you. My advice to any other potential customer is to look elsewhere for the LISWT treatment."
"I am extremely disappointed with their service and professionalism. I have scheduled LISWT - Light Intensity Shockwave Therapy. It consists of six sessions (2,500 $). I have attended only two sessions two weeks in a row. Since then a month has passed and their shockwave therapy machine is still broken and inoperable. They have ripped me off for 2,500 $. Shame on them. I suggest that you look for the LISWT elsewhere in town."
"This is our family Urology practice and both doctors and the PA are great. I recently needed to reschedule an appointment and had to call their central number. After 10 minutes of waiting, the person who answered told me they were unable to reschedule my basic appointment but would let my specific office know and they would call me. Two days later, I called again and they told me the same thing. I never received a return call. Finally, I had to drive to the office to reschedule. The front desk couldn't have cared less and kept interrupting my question on how am I supposed to reschedule without driving to the office. Eventually she responded by saying "I don't answer the phones". This is really basic stuff here. Poor process and poor customer service. Will definitely be talking to the the Doctor about it but they should be able to fix this in about 2 seconds if they tried."
