"The service is friendly but they require that you pick up a home sleep test in person and all appointments at least 3 months out, by which time referrals and prior authorizations need to be renewed. There are other sleep centers that will mail you a test and I will be trying one of those instead."
"This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in the medical industry in my entire life. My husband and I have been calling this place for over a month. They called us back one time on a Friday afternoon, and the only reason they finally called us is because we had to contact our primary care physician and let them know that we were being ignored by the specialist they referred us to. So we continued to call back over and over after the one callback that we got and still no response. I would highly recommend choosing a different place if you can. They are horrible and unresponsive."
