"At first, Dr. Khan was very thorough with running tests. Was having neurological issues, endocrinological tests, and have sleep apnea, so I thought he’d be a perfect fit. Wrong! Very unorganized. Don’t acknowledge/answer voice mail messages or email. Hardly get anyone to answer the phone when they are open. Won’t send record requests to other doctors. Staff doesn’t communicate well with each other or with patient. Tried 2 months to get a new BIPAP and still unsuccessful."
"First I will say that this is my 4th neurologist and they all should be ashamed of themselves. I spent the time to make sure this office was aware that my husbands situation was complex and Dr M Kahn agreed to help. He listened, wasn’t rushed, he was compassionate and kind which I greatly appreciated and thanked him for it. He was knowledgeable and asked good questions. Said he would do referrals for testing and prescribed medication, sleep study, EEG, etc. As typical these days, you walk out of the room and are forgotten. Took over a week just to get them to push the button to send the script to the pharmacy and 3 weeks later no referral and husband in crisis and begged to have the doctor call me, nothing. Called insurance, they called doctor and… yep nothing. You all should be ashamed of yourself, there are humans suffering when you DONT , don’t do your job, don’t call in the medicine don’t do the referral for testing. And doctor, you may be smart, and was kind but you should be most ashamed! YOU FAILED my husband. You are ultimately responsible. You agreed to take him into your care, took money for it and promptly failed to follow through with Anything. I told you what a difficult time we had for 3 years of medical failure. You said you would help. . You actually gave my husband and I hope for the first time in years. Now he is refusing to go to any other doctor. YOU are responsible for that! You are responsible for the lack of accountability and rudeness of your staff, you are responsible for not calling me back. YOU Failed and failed your oath to do no harm. Shame on you ! Do Better!!!! Your patients deserve it."
"This Front office staff is The worst. so unprofessional and rude. I call and call because I need my treatment plan changed and They do not give The Doctor my message. And been waiting for a referral for a sit up Mri they lied said they sent it nothing was done, I can’t believe they treat sick people this way ."
"I found such excellent reviews for Dr. Khan that I urged my parents, newly moved to Chandler, to see him for Dad's dementia. Being a new patient, they waited for some weeks, of course, and the appt was a couple weeks ago. It started 30 mins late - no big deal - but Dr. Khan presented annoyed, rushed. We agreed on a start of treatment, tests and medication, and to return in 30 days. The nurse/receptionist said the EEG (done in their office) could not be held within that time. Dr. Khan was insistent, and with no ready solution, we agreed to be called with the EEG date and next appt. date. Five days went by and no call was received, and the medication was not called into the pharmacy either. Mom repeatedly called the office, checking on status. On the sixth day she was assured the medication would be called in that day, and was given a date within the 30 days to get the EEG completed - hooray! making progress now - but the pharmacy still had received no order. Our initial impression of this office has not been good so far."
