"Absolutely a great place. Dr. Martin is friendly, relaxed and has an all around great demeanor. He was willing to answer all of my questions and was not in a hurry. I felt very good about having him do my partial knee replacement. On surgery day he stopped by before and after the procedure to make sure I was OK and to answer any of my questions. On my two week follow-up he came in for an exam, reassured me about recovery, outlined his expectations, and again answered all my questions. The NP Jeanette is an absolute delight. She made sure prior to surgery day that I had my medication’s and I had my medication schedule. She also checked in with me on surgery day to make sure I knew everything. On my follow-up appointment after surgery she was so cheerful, accommodating and really made me laugh. The front desk staff greets you with a smile, are unhurried, friendly and are also willing to answer questions. Not surprising, the surgery center that Dr. Martin uses is staffed with great people. At no time did I have any doubts about my care. Everyone was kind and I was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Martin if I need another joint surgery. His office is highly organized and efficient. We were able to get a last minute appointment....orders for x-rays were sent.. didn't miss a beat.
