"Horrible company. They never respond to emails or return phone calls. If you do manage to talk to the person you’re calling they’ll tell you that they will look into it and call back but never do.I have had a problem (which was caused by what they let happen) with my home and have emailed and called numerous times with no response. Talked to them about it and was told that they would look into it and call back. It has been a year and a half and nothing has been done or called back to resolve the problem. The only emails I have received from them are violations for weeds. Incompetent customer services. The emails I receive are from Mia Lisa Anderson who runs the H.O.A. She will not reply to my emails or calls."
"I applied to this property company approximately a week ago. My co-applicant and I both paid the $35 fee. The next day they took down the listing immediately and did not notify us. We called to switch our applications to a different property. The next day, again, the listing was gone and they didn't notify. We called to get a refund but said they changed their system and refused to give us one. No where in their application process does it say the fee is non-refundable. They claimed the payment had gone through and they can't refund after that. However, I have worked for a property company and I know that you can refund the fee up until the background check has gone through, which I'm sure never happened. Not a great experience and no communication whatsoever."
"We rented a townhome for a couple of years. It was nothing amazing, but it filled our current needs. Maintenance was always pretty quick and responsive. Manny from the leasing office was always great and easy to work with. We have dealt with multiple property managers before and Preferred Property has been the best that we have dealt with so far.
