"Ashley and the team at Dynamic did an awesome job of getting me ready for a procedure I was going to have on my hip. I was nervous going into surgery, but the work they put in on getting me ready ahead of time made all the difference on the back end, accelerating my recovery. They took the time to massage and adjust me where necessary to ensure I was moving better ever session. The workouts were varied and exercised my muscles in ways I hadn't experienced at previous physical therapy. Most importantly everyone was really nice and the facility is awesome, they definitely have the capability to help not only serious athletes but also people just looking for basic mobility.
