"I visited with the Endocrinologist with Desert Kidney Associates at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center for a routine follow-up consultation. I had to reschedule my appointment two times, which was no problem. Checking in was simple. The staff is polite. The doctor and Medical Assistant who I visited with are friendly and informative. I am very happy that Desert Kidney Associates has an Endocrinologist at their office in Casa Grande. It is nice to be able to feel confident, relaxed and to laugh through a visit with the doctor and medical staff."

"I was schedule to be there at 1:30pm, they took about 1hr !!!!!! To take me inside to get my vitals. After that i had to wait another 25 mins to see the actual dr. He then told me all i need it is to take a urine test. I had to wait another 20 mins to take the urine test!!!! Are you serious??? This could of taken just 20 mins max. I was here for two hours and 95% was just waiting."

"This place states that thier business hours are 8am -5pm but they only take calls from 8:45am- 12pm and 1pm-4:45pm (hours that normal people work). Not to mention its almost impossible to get an appointment here to begin with, you wait 5 months even with a referral . Office staff is rude and unhelpful when scheduling if you can ever get a hold of them. Doctors Roopa is amazing though and that's why I put up with this ridiculous scheduling policy and rude office staff . If you have medicaid and type 1 diabetes in the east valley shes the one to see. Very smart and the only endo I've seen so far who has actually treated me like a regular person instead of just a disease. I'm submitting a formal complaint to the office for the unavailable office staff and inability to schedule an appointment for less than 5 months in advance . C"
