"Wish I could I give negative stars. Completely useless clinic."
"Renee and Amanda that work at the pinchot location are some of the worst staff that I have ever come in contact with. Disrespectful, rude, and on serious power trips. They do nothing to help people that are struggling and push them to the point of breaking. I've never been with such unprofessional staff in my life and think they should lose their jobs. Bad attitudes and ugly souls."
"I normally take a 3.5 star average as a sign of individuals with higher expectations than they should have. In this case, I must say, after over two years of working with Lifewell, I am VERY disappointed with my experience. I have been allowed to flip through the cracks over and over again. Their case management is a train wreck (though a train wreck would be more exciting to watch). In 2 years, I have 6 different case managers and presently have none. And I'm not even that needy, yet. My condition is progressive and the thought that I could die in a wheelchair while in their waiting room, waiting to be noticed is a genuine concern. They appear to be leaking staff like the Titanic. Inhabit to retain, even semi-qualified people with steady improvement is better than playing Russian roulette with clients and patience. I will be discussing alternatives with my Insurance Advocate, soon."
"Update: It's clear they are set up to maximize billable hours for people with simple needs. They offer no services and getting a person on the phone (no working voicemail) is sheer hell. They even have a waiver that they aren't responsible for physical side effects, don't use medical records, don't check them when they do have them. They need to be shut down."
"Worst place to work for and to receive services both as a client and an employee. This clinic has a high turnover of staff. A lot of staff are burned out and have little to no respect for clients that receive services from this clinic. They don't return phone calls and do not provide professional help. Also, they do not treat their clients with respect, dignity, and integrity."
