"If you are serious about improving your mental health, take your efforts and money elsewhere. The Glendale location is the definition of chaos. I attended sessions for 6+ months and it was obvious no one at the office cared. The office staff does not answer phone calls, they only provide callbacks at random. They don’t provide counseling sessions post 5pm, so if you have a day job it’s difficult to find appointments. My “therapist” had 0 years experience or licensing, she was simply the only employee available post 5pm. They will charge your account at the very beginning of each appointment. Several times requiring me to provide payment information mid counseling session, which was texted to admin staff on a insecure server and the employees personal cellphone. Which IS ILLEGAL btw... Also the scheduled Nurse Practitioner initially didn’t prescribe the correct blood pressure medicine and then didn’t show up to the follow up appointment. Requiring her to not renew my subscription. In all honesty I’m not an angry customer; I know how important getting this help is for many people. I just wish the staff here cared more. If not find a different career path please."

"I went for my mental review for the DMV on 10/01/2020 and they didn’t turn it in until 01/13/2021 despite many many and I repeat many unanswered phone calls I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!"

"I have been trying to contact the office for 2 weeks with no luck. I have left messages and sent emails through the portal they have. They dont respond nor do they answer the phone, even during business hours. Very frustrating. This may be due to COVID-19, but the website states they are doing video appointments. Considering they serve a demographic that is vulnerable at this time, they really need to respond to calls."
