"I wish I knew about this place last week when I really needed them. This is such an amazing concept. I hope they open more across the valley but I’m glad there’s one in my neighborhood. Not sure if you need Urgent Care or the emergency room, just come to this one place they’ll let you know without the hassle and nightmare of emergency room! Kudos to Honor Health!"

"Amazing experience. My wife came down with a serious stomach bug and was horribly dehydrated. We got in to see a doctor within 10 minutes, she was given an IV and a very thorough exam. The nurse was outstanding and really took good care of her and the Doctor took the time to run the tests he needed to rule out anything serious, get her feeling better and send us home as soon as he could. I've got the address saved in my phone if we ever need an ER again."

"I have never written a negative review. But this experience at this particular location simply blew me away. I would not recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. I came with a severe headache and a stuffy nose due to chronic sinusitis. There were 3 people in front of me; I sat for 30 minutes in the waiting room, 40 minutes in the examination room, waiting for the doctor to come, who said that I needed to do a smear test for Covid. My husband and I waited another 20 minutes and no one showed up. And we left. Just wasted our time. And there is no doctor, only physician assistant. We experienced very poor service."

"Brought our son here, they went above our beyond our expectations. Everybody from the Doctor to the x ray tech were SO NICE. It’s rare to get treated like an individual these days but everybody at this location gave us such great care. Everything was clean, they were so kind, understanding and the X-ray technician literally went above and beyond with her empathetic understanding and treating my son like her own. Hopefully we don’t need to come back, but if we do this is the location we’ll be coming to."

"Came here because the nearby urgent care we made an appointment for was busy and we’d have to wait an hour or more past our APPOINTMENT time. I’m so thankful they were though, because a quick Google search brought us here and turns out it was an emergency and not an urgent care situation. We were lucky to catch them during a not super busy time and they quickly rushed us back and after taking some vitals and getting some info, did an immediate xray, transferred the patient to a bed, made them comfortable, referred us to Shea hospital, and arranged transport via ambulance (which we declined). When we arrived at the hospital, they had a room ready and waiting for us and had all our notes making for a pretty seamless transition. Obviously things may not move as quickly if they are busy but overall the staff was all super friendly and helpful, they had all the facilities and tools needed to triage our situation, and their network with honor health made it an easy transition when more care was needed."
