When I met with the nurse practitioner, Judith, I was so relieved because she exhibited compassion and warmth as soon as she walked into my moms apartment in assisted-living. She pulled a chair up in front of my mom, grabbed her hands and was telling her that she was going to take good care of her. Judith stayed well over an hour to discuss the game plan for my mom and told my mom that she will be treated with respect and care.
