"I have been attending regular appointments at Southwest Behavioral Health for a little over a few months now and their service and treatment towards clients is spectacular. The receptionists have always been very accommodating, helpful and kind. As a previous receptionist myself, I know of the hard work that they deal with on a day to day basis and I applaud their dedication and work ethic. As for the counselors, I've only ever seen Angela but I would HIGHLY recommend her. Among various counselors, psychologists and therapists that I've seen, Angela helps to keep me focused on my goals while also helping me with my day to day issues. She's extremely warm, caring and compassionate. She truly cares for her clients and has gone out of her way to help me to improve myself and reach my goals in therapy. Among one of the best counselors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and definitely deserves a raise, if you ask me hahaha. I know that many have had difficulties with the transportation this clinic provides and I will not lie in saying I've had my own occurrences in which transportation has been a bit of a headache. However, the staff has always been quick to address and fix any issue that may arise with such things and have always been very accommodating during the midst of trying to correct any particular predicament. With that being said, I still HIGHLY recommend Southwest Behavioral despite the occasional problems with transportation (which isn't their company's personal transportation services but rather third party companies they work alongside with) can be a little unpredictable from time to time because ultimately, as a mental health services company, they strives to provide the best care possible for their clients and it definitely shows!!"
