"This doctor's office is a complete nightmare. NP Lea Nicholas refused to prescribe me the medication I needed, failed to follow through with a specialist referral, and made me wait for an hour only to tell me my bloodwork was negative. She showed zero concern for my well-being and blamed others for her own incompetence. Stay far away from this disgrace of a medical practice. Update - this doctor convinced me to get bloodwork that cost me, after insurance, $76 to get done and it was useless. Plus two pointless visits $50 co-pay each. I went in seeking medication and help with my allergies and left with nothing but hours of wasted time and down $176. Unbelievable."
"Takes forever to be seen. Everytime I come here early for an appointment, I don’t get called in until 30-45 minutes past my appointment time. Others who came after are seen first. Very disrespectful to patients. Will be transferring my records to a new doctors office."
"Office staff has a poor attitude and are lacking patience and common sense. I don't know how those ladies still work there. It's time for the old lady to retire. I will not even go back there now. I just need my medical records so i can find a functional doctors office."
"Horrible customer service. I tried to call and establish care with Dr. Cunningham and the lady was just flat out rude. I even asked her, "Are you willing to make my appointment or not because it seems like you are pushing me away and don't want my business. I can find somewhere else." She said, "ok, that's fine." Then hung up."
"I have been a patient at Pueblo for about 2 years and I am alway blown away by how accommodating their whole office is. On the surface, yes, the office itself is less “ritzy” than other providers but at the end of the day, what matters most is their commitment to treating their patients. Any time I’ve had a doubt they go out of their way to guide me through it. The care at Pueblo is affordable and they are always willing to verify the costs before racking up an exorbitant bill. They accept AHCCCS if that applies to you! Previously I was a patient at Honor Health and in my opinion, Pueblo Family is far more focused on providing quality care while Honor Health only cares about profit. My Nurse Practitioner Patricia Li is especially thorough and makes sure not to skip over my concerns. She takes the time to do tests at no extra cost in order to be more careful and informed in her prognosis. She provides proactive care and I can always tell she’s passionate about helping me! I have always had a pleasant experience at Pueblo Family and would choose them over the mainstream providers based on their dedication to ethical care. This is the way healthcare should be!"
