"You won’t ever get your deposit back. They have the students pay for all upgrades and maintenance with the deposits. Wish could gibe 0 stars."
"Depending on who you room with you can easily have a great experience here! I was with some of my buddies during the three years I lived here. We made sure to keep things clean and organized. We rarely ever had problems in our apartment and if we did it was just components going out due to old age. Management is very understanding and is easy to work with. Rent is on the cheaper side which is nice given the price of everything else right now. Overall my experience was great!"
"The management here sucks. Also I emailed them to make sure I wouldn’t get charged for my roommates not cleaning the apartment good enough since I had to move out early due to medical reasons, they still charged me most of my deposit and said there was nothing else they could do. My boyfriend tried to move in to his apartment, but there was another dude still living in his room and he had to wait another couple days before he could move in. Their response time for maintenance and emailing is terrible."
"I would give Red Rock 0 stars if that was an option. Although it was a good place to live because there are tons of students living there in this huge complex, it is very old and dirty and needs to be updated for the price they charge! The furniture is broken and couches are in poor condition with tears in them. The coffee table was broken and the kitchen table and chairs were stained and dirty. The first week there was a huge tarantula in their bathroom! When we moved in it was extremely dirty and they had an excuse for everything. But they do monthly cleaning checks and will charge you every month! They love to charge you for dirty baseboards and vent covers, yet when we moved in they were dirty to begin with! Tell me what college boy or girl would think to clean baseboards and vents!? This has been so frustrating to deal with them and it is extremely overpriced especially with all the white glove charges when it wasn’t even white glove when you move in! I would NEVER live here again and grateful to be out of my lease! My advice, takes pictures of everything before you move in so you have proof when they charge you at the end of your lease!!"
"My stay at this apartment is a mixed bag. The staff are great, The location is quite convenient, and the rent is reasonable compared to nearby options. However, I am facing some persistent issues that are dampening my experience. The most significant problem is the ongoing bug issue. It’s a constant battle, and dealing with pests in my living space is far from pleasant. This bug problem seriously affects my comfort and makes it challenging to fully enjoy my time here. The amenities in the apartment appear dated and in need of an upgrade. The outdated fixtures and appliances don’t provide the level of convenience I had hoped for. The Wi-Fi is turning out to be rather mediocre. It’s not entirely reliable, and there are occasional hiccups. All things considered, while the location and rental cost have their merits, the persistent bug issue, outdated amenities, and mediocre Wi-Fi are significant drawbacks. Addressing these issues would make this apartment a more desirable choice for potential tenants."
