"Wild! I had an appointment scheduled on Friday and called because I didn't see a confirmation. I find out that it was never scheduled and that they can have me on standby and that I have to call multiple everyday to be on standby to make an appointment. They won't write a bridge and they put you on hold for 20 minutes then switch you to another person and then another person. Then they switched my provider because the one I was supposed to meet with was very unprofessional and I'm sure wouldn't meet with me because I complained that last time he showed up late to our appointment, didn't apologize and then proceeded to tell me that I wasn't answering his questions the way he wanted me to, so, I didn't really talk at all during my evaluation. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and I am absolutely positive that the staff is writing the 5 star reviews. As soon as I get back on my medication and am able to feel more balanced, I'm going to work on having a more reliable provider. This place is not safe for people with mental health issues and honestly needs to be under better management. I hope that they start addressing these issues. I will not be working with them again. It's unfortunate that I need my medication just to focus on getting anything done. You really ought to be ashamed of how you treat your clients and no one buys your fake 5 star reviews."

"Every time I call to set an appointment or to resolve an issue I get a "We will call you back" or "We will leave a message for your provider to call you back" or "This is the wrong location, let me transfer you" to just pass you off to someone else."
