"I have not had any issues with Nationwide until now. I ordered glasses and requested thin lenses. When I received my glasses they didn’t look then to me like thin lens, so I took my glass back to Nationwide was told because of the frame. That was it no one offered to exchange the frame so the lens doesn’t stick out. They went on with the next customer. I will not be going back and will not be recommending anyone."

"I do not recommend this location. No communication whatsoever. I called to request information. I was promised an email within 24 hours and never received one. I went to the store in person. I requested thinner frames for my daughter. I paid $100 for that. No problem. A few days later, glasses came in. Lenses were still as thick as the precious pair. I spoke to the manager. She argued with me, but ultimately told me I would receive a refund after she spoke with her boss. Again, an email was guaranteed to initiate a refund. Have not heard from her. I submitted my concern on the Nationwide Vision website. Haven’t heard from them either. It’s been well over a week. I just want my refund. Please give me my refund."

Special thanks to Linda who was my initial contact to make the appointment and the person who starred my initial paperwork before the doctor sees me. This was my second visit to this location and they really gave me a superior attention and service.
