"Big thanks to Misty and Christine in social services. They were able to get me a new wheelchair and signed up for long term care. I had tried for years without any success. They were very knowledgeable about resources that were available to help me to better my life. I would recommend this facility to anyone."

"The staff at Haven have been very helpful and kind to myself and my family. My aunt was in long term care here and I want to give special recognition to the ladies at the front desk, Karen and Jasmine, who helped us reach my aunt by phone so many times as she could not answer her phone independently or make calls out at the end of her life. Karen and Jasmine would go to her room and check on her and help her to call us (out of town family members). The last time I talked to her it took about 6 or 7 calls to actually reach her and the staff (either Karen or Jasmine) who helped me was so patient and sweet. The staff who cared for my aunt in her room were also so kind, down to the janitorial staff who took special care to give me a suggestion about her comfort when I visited over the summer and fall of 2023. Very grateful for the personal touches of the staff here, and I know my aunt would say the same."

"I’m really trying to give this place a chance but my father, who is a fall risk, has already had to be transported to the hospital and he’s fallen three times. Understaffed and overworked or people just don’t care to walk around checking on the people in their care? I see the same people sitting at desks instead of ensuring the safety of the people at this facility. The nurse stations are far from one another and with the lack of communication at this place, i doubt the sincerity of the people employed here - CHECK ON YOUR LOVED ONES."

"Updating my review from 4 days ago - I want to just say a BIG thank you to the staff who have stepped up after my posting this message to make the care my mother is receiving so much better! The head nurse, chef and therapists have stepped to the plate, and for that a BIG THANK YOU It is such a pleasure to know that there are companies like yours who take constructive criticism to heart and make strides to correct the deficiency. I am not sure how much longer my mother will be in your facility, but she is now getting the care she needs, and her mental state is much brighter. AGAIN THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE STAFF FOR STEPPING UP! "My mom is at this facility for rehab due to a broken leg. She had dietary restrictions, but yet they continue to bring her the wrong food. The MA toss her keg in the bed when she needed assistance getting in and out, and literally told her if she falls out of because she is too close to the edge they would not pick her up. My mom has left messages for the social worker...no response. The rehab she has been getting is minimal at best, the best part has been her occupation therapist Randy, who recognized she had anxiety disorder and went to the admin staff to assist. We will be seeing how to move her somewhere else if things don't change."
