"I initially came to Eye Care North in March 2023 for symptoms of Binocular vision disfunction. I saw Dr. Lam who has helped me through my treatment and is a wonderful doctor. She is calm, soft spoken, and attentive to your needs. She is the only eye doctor in Arizona who treats this condition and is very good at what she does. She initially set me with a pair of neurolenses back in June 2023 after doing some testing to confirm I had BVD. She started me out slow with a little bit of prism because she knew I was very sensitive when she first put the prisms on me during the first visit. I noticed an instant difference as soon as i got my first pair of glasses. When we needed to increase and have a remake made the staff was always accommodating. I finally got my 3rd pair of neurolenses and feel like my life has changed!!!! My symptoms have basically disappeared!!!! Dr.Lam informed me that she likes to start some of her patients out with a little bit of Prism at a time so their eyes adjust well. With each new remake i was adjusting the same day! Everyone in this office is truly amazing! The front desk staff as well are very friendly and helpful. I will continue to seek treatment here for all my eye needs even if it is a bit of a drive because they are that good!
