"Do NOT even bother trying to schedule an appt if you're in pain or injured. Apparently, not ONE of their doctors, in all of their offices, spread all over the Valley, can see me as soon as I "need to be seen", so they just won't see me at all! And that is a direct quote. I am not even a new patient trying to establish care! In fact, one of their surgeons did both knee replacements for me. Rude employees, ridiculous and ambiguous "policies" that are harmful to patients, and the unwillingness to even try to help find a solution. Please go ANYWHERE else... unless you want the run-around and to be treated like you aren't a human being."

"Waiting area small. Most patients have issues with legs. Seating is too crammed. I felt closed in. Front desk very professional in checking in and helping people. The x-ray room need more handrails for stability. Jason, the xray technician, was very good working with me. Great employee to have. Dr. Lee is excellent, professional, and knowledgeable in his field. Very patient, thorough, and took his time in answering all my questions. And, his Assistant who helped me after my visit. Very helpful and had all the answers and directions. 45+ minutes delay."
