"This is the third time now I have come to this location for a checkup and my needs as a patient were just flat out ignored and dismissed like trash. I felt very unseen, ignored, and disposable like free cash that talks, each visit to this location by the doctor. Very little empathy or concern. Hello do I exist? The whole point of being a doctor, nurse etc, is to be an invaluable resource for people who are in need with so little. The power dynamic should never be I am the "DOCTOR" your the "patient" give me your INSURANCE! There should be warmth and a sense of compassion, trust and support for the patient which I did not recieve. Tell me what the problem is don't print out a piece of paper/bill and send me off somewhere. At the end of the day I have to pay for everything! And as a patient I feel milked and exploited by the system. This has happened so many times here in Phoenix it feels dystopian. If you are a person who is hurt, alone and is seeking help by a professional, forget it. It's all about the money. I don't trust the system. It's filled with incompetent cold hearted human beings who drink our hard earned money. They don't care. If I could give zero stars I would. I am not invisible. I deserve to be seen and heard. Side note, for such a warm place like Phoenix, people here are very cold. That's all."

I am so glad he doesn't just offer medicine when something seems off. He finds the root of the problem and offers options. He is a doctor that isn't trying to make medicine be the support you need. "I was referred to this practice (Dr Hammet) by a friend when I was looking for a new doctor in the area. Dr Hammett is wonderful, and so is the entire staff I have encountered so far, from the person at the front desk, to the people who call me from the waiting room and take my vitals. I had an urgent need for an appointment so I ended up seeing a different doctor the last time, I saw Dr Hennon and he was superb as well! Listened and was very caring and prescribed what was needed to take care of my infection. It seems I can always get a quick appointment and I appreciate this facility very much!"
