"Marcy was my provider! I love her. She has a calming presence yet she can laugh with you very easily as well.Her enthusiastic attitude is contagious. She could not thank me enough for choosing Oakwood. Everyone was extremely happy, polite, and very competent at their jobs! The community room was amazing! What a great place to relax! I have "white coat" syndrome. In the future that room will help me be calmer. My visit went well enough that I am choosing Oakwood as my Primary Care community. They reminded me (and not in these words) that "it takes a village." I am confident that they speak from there hearts and with authenticity. They mean what they say when they state their philosophy that their job is to "keep me healthy and out of the hospital." Marcy's sincerity is palpable. Marcy made me feel heard and important! "I'm a senior with limited funds. I came in for blood work because I have extreme fatigue. No cough, no SOB, slight sore throat, no real headache. The Dr stood OUTSIDE my door with it opened about 6 inches, telling me I needed a Covid test. I declined - I knew I didn't have Covid and I didn't have funds for unnecessary tests. She stood in the HALLWAY telling me she wouldn't treat me without Covid test. I don't have Covid - I'm just fatigued. I declined and as I walked out of the room she kept backing up like I was a leper. I've never experienced anything like this. I went to urgent care and they found out I have a very bad ear infection. Your Dr should have put a mask on, treated me. Your Dr told me if I had Covid she would have to GOWN UP. You need to NOT make your Drs so AFRAID - she couldn't even walk in my room. Screaming at a patient from the HALLWAY with the door opened 6 inches??? HIPAA violation??? Really? So unprofessional - I was shocked by her actions and I felt awful. I just wanted blood work and someone to see what was wrong with me. I will NEVER return to your clinic and have told friends NOT to go there. This woman who said she was a Dr is a disgrace to their profession. I am retired RRT - I was SHOCKED by her actions as I have worked beside Drs my entire career in the ER. How can you employ a Dr like this?"

"I’m just trying to establish a doctor in Arizona. I have a friend and a primary physician back in Ohio. I spend my summers in Ohio to get out of the sun and I get all my shots and everything taken care of at that time. In case of an emergency I want a place where I’m familiar with to go. I don’t need any more testing or procedures at this time. I don’t need somebody checking on me or testing me every three months. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"My first visit was great. Everyone was friendly and kind except phone reception. I called this morning and letting her know I done lab work. They will fax you the results. She was yawning. Didn't care about it. First called for appointment was the same. Wasn't very professional. Nurse, back office stuff were good except Phone stuff."
