"This happened at the gilbert location which has no Google listing... 201 W Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233 To start they do NOT treat fibromyglia and are of the firm belief that Lyrica is the ONLY thing there is that helps. I was referred last July for Fibromyglia pain and again recently, both times they set me up an appointment, i had to cancel in July. I showed up for the appointment today. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour, filling out 20 pages of medical records, i was told how to get to the exam room i would be in (they didn't even help the lady with the scooter with any of the doors, no they weren't busy the receptionist was actually yawning while we were there) and the first thing we were told was "we don't treat fibromyglia. We also won't do opioids or procedures for it." I'm like okay...i didn't ask for opioids or procedures... and i have other pain issues... soooo what now. Well the Dr will still see you but we only do lyrica for fibromyglia that's all that works. As a person with fibromyglia since 2009, i know that's absolutely untrue and this place was supposed to do alternative things. But after that how can i trust they know anything about anything. When asked why we weren't called and told that they didn't treat fibromyglia BEFORE sitting in the waiting room for an hour we were told the call center has been notified multiple times and it just keeps happening. So i asked on my way out if the front desk also didn't know? Further on that they can tell the insurance they aren't treating fibromyglia and then the insurance won't approve the referral. Simple fixes all around but it's very clear they don't care about patients. I mean at least they didn't make me pee in a cup before telling me but this means i waited a month for a pointless appointment and could've got in somewhere else."
