Be prepared to take care of your own warranty work, be prepared to have homes with roofs that leak, basements that leak, cheap windows and you have to fight for screens...etc. If you wish to understand what you are buying you can contact any of the 14 homeowners at Danish Pines in Cottonwood Heights.
