"When applying was charged the $40 application fee and then a $300 holding fee. Got unapproved and was not refunded my $300 holding fee, have gone in multiple times to ask about my refund and Kim the office manager has been no help at all, refuses to give me any corporate phone numbers so I can talk to anyone else and keeps sending me away and telling me she will contact corporate and let me know but I never hear back from her. Just another apartment complex looking to steal your money. HIGHLY do not recommend applying here."

"Beautiful property and beautiful apartments. I was blown away on how nice my place was when I first moved in. Mindy and Kim have been so helpful throughout the process and are both wonderful people. I came here from the east coast, being so far away from home I was nervous at first but love where I am living and feel that I can now call this place home. 10/10"

"Mindy and Kim have been informative, friendly and helpful in expediting the move-in process. I appreciate that they keep tenant information private. Working with them has been a great experience especially with the strain of a long distance move. UPDATE: Shortly after moving into our apartment at Grandview I had a serious knee injury. I got a walker to assist with recovery. The size of the doorways being larger than typical in the apartment makes it very accommodating for a walker, so navigating the living space is easier. I am quite happy about that!"
