"Absolutely horrible experience. First off, the scheduling office told me to come in at 10:00, but I was supposed to be there at 9:00. When I got there, I couldn't get into the facility! I pushed the button outside and instead of getting person, it just rang like a phone and went to voicemail. Luckily, Banner sleep medicine is right next door and they let me in. They were very helpful. Then when I finally got into the Sleep Med office, the guy there says "you're an hour late!" but told me to wait in the lobby area. I didn't know if I was rescheduling or what. No communication. Keep in mind I had waited MONTHS to get into this study. They did take me, and Christopher did a great job hooking me up. I have no issues with him, the bed or the service I received during the actual test. My issue is with the way I was greeted (not able to get in) and the fact that NO ONE told me results would take 20 days (they said two weeks but it's been 20 days already). In fact Christopher told me he would send the results the same day. I am really suffering from lack of sleep, and this unprofessionalism is unsettling. Where the heck are my results? Why does it take two weeks... it's not like you're waiting on a culture! Someone just has to read my results. I am beyond frustrated and if I get a copay for this, I will dispute it."
