"Vivace RF MicroNeedling is a great treatment, that provides amazing results. My only complaint is the fact that once you purchase this very expensive device you're only provided 1 free training, after that you're on your own. Full disclosure, I was able to get 2 additional in-service training but I had to really fight for it, they were really not happy about having to provide my company with two additional unpaid training.   At first, BioMedical Aesthetics said that I could send my new hires to their headquarters for complimentary training, I just found out today that policy has changed. If you hire new staff members, BioMedical will provide you two options for training new hires on how to use their Vivace device,  in-service training at your practice which will cost you $2500 per training, or training held at BioMedical Aesthetics office (ABM HQ) which will cost you $250 per attendee.  I wish BioMedical could understand the importance and value of providing ongoing training/support at no additional cost for companies that have already invested in purchasing their expensive device and the products that go along with delivering the Vivace treatment and who are actively promoting the Vivace brand to it's patients."
