"Place is terrible. Doctors don't listen to you, you show up for your appointment(where they tell you to show up early) and then you wait in the lobby for 30 to 45 minutes past your appt time then you finally go back to the room to wait an additional 15 minutes more. Scheduling is nearly impossible because their hours are so short. And the front desk and scheduling staff always cop you a big attitude. And they've lost my lab results TWICE in the past. But you can bet the lab didn't forget to bill me for them! STAY AWAY!"
"Dr. Patel is truly exceptional, one of the finest doctors I've ever encountered. Not only is he friendly and approachable, but his talent and expertise are remarkable. He diagnosed my issue immediately, demonstrating a level of skill and knowledge that truly sets him apart as an expert in his field."
"I really like Dr. Kevin Art. He's very personable, always takes his time to explain things, and is clearly good at what he does. He's been my urologist since late 2020, and he's even seen my wife. He's great. The front office and billing staff, sadly, are the opposite. They over-billed me by almost $2000 and then refused to do a post-op, in-office procedure unless I paid them another $250. Though I got a call earlier today that said the really wanted me to pay $550. So here I sit, 4 days after Dr. Art wanted to take the stent out, still with the stent, that I'll again try to get out on Monday. But with the billing issue still a mess, I'll probably wind up spending the entire day with their billing department to get things ironed out, so I'll probably keep the uncomfortable stent in place for days after that, since they hold my care hostage until they get their billing sorted. When I see Dr. Art, I'm treated like a patient. When I have to deal with the front office staff, I'm treated like a customer. And that is exceedingly unfortunate."
"I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with the affiliated urologist, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Unfortunately, my scheduled appointments were canceled not once, but three times in a row. This series of cancellations has not only been inconvenient but has also left me frustrated and questioning the professionalism of the urology clinic. It's disheartening when a medical facility fails to prioritize and honor scheduled appointments, especially when dealing with sensitive health issues. As a result of this unreliable service, I have decided not to continue with this urologist and will be seeking care elsewhere. The lack of consistency and respect for patients' time has eroded my confidence in the clinic's ability to provide reliable and quality healthcare. I hope that this feedback serves as a constructive critique, prompting the necessary improvements in appointment management and patient care processes. It is crucial for healthcare providers to uphold standards of reliability and professionalism to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of their patients."
"Had to see many different doctors in 23, this office is the only one that I would worn others to avoid. You will ALWAYS wait. Last time we came here they canceled our appointment while we were in the office (over a part of the equipment they knew they didn't have) ask to talk to billing (we had met our deductible for the year and couldn't get a appointment till after year end never got a call) at the new appointment first thing first ( give us that $, which is typical and fine but I had some grievances that were met with pay us now or your appointment will be rescheduled in office smug by Maria) It seems toxic working there by the beatin dog vacant demeanor of the office.(I actually feel bad for them, they could probably do better)Really didn't like Maria lying to my face over why it was canceled the last time. "OH we couldn't calibrated the machine, blah blah" had no idea what she's talking about. Medical care should be about CARE, and not what are you going to do about it you already very inconvenienced. Enough of my boo hoo rant. The office has stuff stacked everywhere and not as clean as it should be. If you need to deal with them a different office would be better."
