"If they tell you "oh that person isn't in the office" or. "Can I take your phone number? Will have someone call you back" You're waisting your time, and they don't want to help you. They are just taking your phone number so you can feel special & leave. They won't call back"

"I loved the office until I was running late due to medical conditions. Tried to call and no one answered. So I get to my appointment and Kiana at the front desk tells me I can no longer be seen due to the grace period. She had a horrible attitude, she was quick to cut me off, not give any solutions and not one customer service bone in her. It took everything in me not to reach over the counter and then schedule at a different office. Get people in the front reception that care about people and their health!! Do better!"

"Wow. What a disappointment. I called the 2 clinics in Mesa and central Phoenix to ask if the provide adult vaccinations for employment, the 2"customer care" reps hung up on me without saying a word and answering my question. I called back, they answer again only to tell me that they were extremely busy and that was the reason they hung up, I asked how was that even decent customer service? "AS I SAID, THEY ARE EXTREMELY BUSY", then tge lady bump my call to the endless loop of "press one if you want to schedule". Really? How xtremely rude and disrespectful, now I know why Natives cannot access decent health services. Funny that I wanted to apply to work there as a health community worker, but I don't want to be part of this at all. The way they treat people It's embarrassing, to say the least."

"My medical experience here was not so good. My Dental experience here has always been awesome. It's sucks that you can't make appts online, and you can only make dental appts on Monday at 8am, over the phone. Would be amazing if Native Health, jumped on the electronic age. But I can also see why they don't. All in all, I've had great dental experiences here."
