"I really loved this place especially with the fact they do understand my right not to vaccinate. It hurts me to part ways as I do love Ana and many more of the staff. Marisol is a good however she is not urgent on sending prescription out in a timely manner and when my kids need the medication asap it angers me. Once I called 5times to ask for the prescription and even though they ensured me I would have it before office closed I didn’t receive it until the following day. Most recently I was seen at their second location on Thomas both my daughter and I. Where they failed to listen to my lungs correctly I had a sweater on was not asked to remove it I was very ill and had a hard time breathing. no flu swabs Available I was sent home with steroids and inhaler and cough medicine . 2 days later I was in the hospital almost died with pneumonia and flu and my daughter with an ear infection and flu. I decided to do follow up with the Glendale location to go over steps to recovery and to make sure my daughters ear was good, my appt at 9:15 I got there at 9:05 and people came and people left 10:05 I was angry because I was still waiting and their reason for my wait wast that I wanted my appointment together when i had originally made my daughter and I separate appointments and they said they could put them together but knowing the doctor for adults doesn’t see kids I asked if that was possible they said yes and when I was fed up with waiting they said the my doctor couldn’t see my daughter so they were trying to make were we both can be seen. In the end there is lack of communication no consideration for patient time and I feel that leads to the lack of care for the patient."

"Highly recommend this office. The few times that I have been sick they have been able to fit me in for a same day appointment when there is available spots open, the staff is really friendly and always welcome you in with a smile."

"Me and my family have been seeing them for over ten yrs now. The bathrooms are clean, staff is courteous and seems to be pretty fast.i have a lot of issues health related and they have been thru it all from day one. I personally feel comfortable with them treating my wife and kiddo's"

"Scheduled appt for well check and Hep B Vax. They had called me the day before to ask if I could change the appt. I let them know I could not because I had a dentist appt sched after this appt. I waited 15min before being brought back. I was told the Dr was trying to leave, so it would be quick, perfect! The Dr (not the normal female pediatrician that we've seen in the past), in the first 90 seconds accused me of having a "hostile attitude" and asked me if I wanted to switch Dr's....I was very confused as I was calmly sitting just ready for my kid to be seen. The Dr reluctantly continued with the exam and then proceeded to rip my child's hood off his head. I, of course, told him he needs to ask before doing something like that. My child has trauma and bullies that do this at school. He then let me know I needed to find another provider. GLADLY!!! My child thinks I was treated like this because I have orange hair and am covered with tattoos. Makes sense. Not a comfortable environment conducive to healing Dr was not friendly, bedside manner was terrible as he "misinterpreted" my attitude Discrimination based on appearance We were then left in the exam room waiting for the hep b vaccine, we left before they came back in. I feel like they made me wait on purpose knowing I had another appt to get to. And they'll still get paid from my insurance SMH!!!"

"I'm changing what I last said about this place. I did see a change in the staff, I was greeted when I arrived and was assisted quickly by the front desk worker. She helped with my request in a timely manner with no attitude. I appreciate when someone does their job well and treats me accordingly. Thank you"
