"We gave a check for a $500 deposit to Brandon Park for a house in Mesquite while the house we are building would be finished. Our sale of our house fell through and we immediately contacted Brandon 2.5 weeks before our rental was to start to ask for our $500 to be returned. He told us he would keep it for us when we did sale our house. When we contacted in 3 weeks later for a rental as our was again under contract. He told us he would not apply the $500 to a new rental as he gave it the owner of the rental house. Be very careful as he does not keep his word and we are out $500 without notice that he was giving it out. Be very, very cautious when dealing with Brandon Park. He also does not return phone calls."
