"I went Banner urgent care, as I have a bad cold. I was a walk in. The reception staff was very polite. The medical staff and doctor Claire were very polite and nice. She asked if I was allergic to anything, explained what she prescribed. I notified by CVS that my prescriptions are being filled! I am very happy and satisfied with there service. I will recommend Banner Urgent Care to everyone!"

"I will definitely go back to this location if it’s necessary in the future. My wait time was maybe 30-45 minutes which I feel is good for a walk-in clinic. The staff and NP that took care of me were all very nice. The fact that they could do X-rays there was extremely important."

"My visit was very disappointing. The person at the front desk acted like she didn’t want to be there. Made me feel like I was a bother. Johnna (sp?) that brought me back to the room had zero personality, and also acted like she hated her job. The only part of my visit was that the NP was amazing! Caring, kind and compassionate. She was very thorough, and explained everything so I understood."
