"Walking into this place is very uninviting and definitely make a patient question rather their medical inquiries would be taken serious. The front desk staff are very rude, cold, snappy, horrible attitudes and will cut you off before completing a sentence. Please be aware when requesting your medical record the documents they give you to sign includes a form stating you are allowing a third party individual to have access to your medical information. Isn’t that a HIPAA violation? I initially denied signing this form but the front desk told me I had to in order to receive my records. She had initially told I didn’t have to sign in order for me to receive my own record but then changed her mind and said I won’t get them if I won’t sign which made me feel very uncomfortable doing so. She couldn’t even explain why a third party individual would have access to my personal medical information or how much the charge if any would be if I was to receive my records. I will never return to this place. Patients please be aware."

"I'm headed to see Dr. Lott after waiting OVER a month and a half for my appointment. It's 3 miles away and there's a bit of traffic. 1 mile to go and at the red light my car stalls and will not restart. THE FIRST thing I do is call Dr. Lott's office. Of course it didn't actually go there it's Abrazo. I wait for someone to answer while I start pushing my car toward the curbside from the middle lane. It's 111° outside. 5 nice people rush over to help me and we get it all the way into a parking lot. I'm STILL waiting for a real person to answer the phone. Finally...I tell her I was on hold for 10 minutes.. I broke down but will take a Lyft to my appt. By now it's my appointment time. She said I only had a 10 minute grace period. I said "Under these circumstances would they please still take me? Maybe 15 minutes late because I had to wait for a Lyft Ride?" She put me on hold ....... for 22 MINUTES!! JUST TO TELL ME IT'S TOO LATE AND TO RESCHEDULE!! NEXT APPOINTMENT?? 2 MONTHS AWAY!!! RIDICULOUS!!! I like Dr. Lott but I should I be waiting another 2 months to see her? I could've been IN a Lyft ride AT my appointment, STILL on hold waiting for the answer!! Instead of in a parking lot 111° , pouring sweat, waiting on hold for nothing but to have to wait OVER 2 MONTHS this time, to see my doc!!!"

"This was my first visit to West Olive Family Medicine Center and I was beyond impressed. From the short wait time, to the quality of Dr. Jenny Ho and the front office staff. They are wonderful there! Dr. Ho listened to all my concerns and was extremely caring and helpful. Shonte the front office worker was so kind and helpful! I'm very impressed and I am so glad I made the choice to go there."

She listens thoroughly to every one of my concerns and genuinely cares about my emotional state. The office itself is always exceptional in terms of cleanliness, organization, and friendliness. The office staff is kind and accommodating even when I'm running late or am not fully prepared. Overall, nothing but positive experiences and if the people running this place have control over any aspect of patient care, they go above and beyond to upkeep their high quality care :)"
