"Don't go here if you want disability forms filled out. I've been going to Sahara behavioral health on 67th avenue and Thunderbird for at least 10 years and my doc won't fill out 5-minute mental capacity form. Don't go there if you want counseling, they have a huge turnover. You will wait months to get in with a counselor and only have one or two appointments because they leave."

"I have been seeing Dr Purwal for over 20 years and trust me he has very high standards set for himself and his staff. They take very good care of their patients and they genuinely care what happens to you. You might have a little wait, but the outcome for me and a lot of patients makes it well worth it; you get the same attention and care as the next person. "This place is a total money grab. We brought our eleven year old here for therapy. Within 30 minutes and a few basic questions they already had him prescribed to a very heavy anti-depressant. Our "doctor" was 30 minutes late and ended up being just a nurse practitioner. We went here for therapy and didn't find out until AFTER our appointment and after they took $200 from us that they don't even offer counseling anymore. Just drug therapy. Because that's exactly what an 11 year old needs. Drugs right off the bat. They don't care either. They know what they are doing. This place is garbage. And if you don't believe me, just look at all the other recent one star reviews. TRASH AND GREED. No true concern for their patients. Let's drug them and get them out the door for the next client. Stay far away."

"Total waste of time. First off I waited on hold for over 25 minutes twice before I finally got to speak to somebody to make an appointment. I was a patient there before and I was last seen 3 years ago. They made me come in as a new patient which was fine but they placed me with a PA who looked like he was 12 years old. I have suffered from depression for a very long time and he literally spent 10 minutes with me and then prescribed a new medication that was over $1,000 for a prescription. When he offered this medication I asked him if it was expensive and he said he did not know. He did not ask very many questions of me at all in the 10 minutes I spent with him and they obviously have my records from just 3 years ago. I felt like it was a total waste of a copay and my time. While you're waiting on Eternal hold they have a recording that tells you they have all these Cutting Edge and state of the art treatments but when I asked about them I was told that I would not qualify for them. Needless to say I won't be coming back."
