"I gone here for a year and honestly felt like they just didn't care and had me scheduled to one ent to the other and they both trying to figure out what's wrong and honestly both seem careless. The lady she would come in and would talk over me and did her exam pretty fast like she was just ready to move on and I remember the man ent always seem annoyed. Idk would go elsewhere honestly. Didn't feel like my problems weren't solved and both those ent were just giving medication that don't even concern My problem. The guy ent told me I have Eustachian tube dysfunction then the lady tells me I don't it's like do I have it or not? Idk I wont come here again. Then"
"From a healthcare professional: Susan Osborn starts the visit by berating me “you’ve no showed before and if you do it again you will be discharged.” No greeting, no cordiality, no bedside manner to be seen. She proceeds to ask me questions then when I give her answers she argues with me and tells me I am wrong. By the way Susan, Rhinocort is budesonide which is not “the same thing exact thing as” fluticasone. She does not allow me to get a single word in, and when she does, she cuts me off and speaks over me. She performs the quickest, most superficial exam I’ve ever seen, then tells me she’ll give me a medication I already have tried, order imaging, and allergy testing (all of which I have already had done). She leaves the room in less than 6 minutes (I checked the time). I was in shock. I felt like I had whiplash. Never had I experienced so much disrespectful, cold, abhorrent treatment and in such record timing. My hat is off to you Susan for your speed. As a veteran healthcare professional who works for an organization that places our very mission on treating patients with the utmost respect, I can truthfully say this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had, not only in healthcare, but in any business interaction I’ve ever had. I would however like to give my thanks to the Medical Assistant who helped me. You were extremely kind, courteous, and warm. I would also like to recognize that I had previously had a consultation with Dr Robert Woods. He was phenomenal and I’m so incredibly disappointed that I did not have the chance to work with him again. I will not be returning to this practice as I do not ever wish to see Susan Osborn again. I would invite anyone (especially healthcare professionals) to take your business elsewhere and put your trust for care in more capable hands."
"I was fitted with a mandibular advancement device (M.A.D.) to treat my obstructive sleep apnea. Sadly, other medical issues got in the way, and I am no longer able to be treated here. I hope to return once my health is better. All staff were wonderful, especially the M.A.D. tech that worked with me most frequently. I think his name was Forrest, but I'm not sure... He made me feel comfortable when I was nervous and brought my anxiety down. I've recommended this office to a few people and will continue to do that. Thanks so much to the staff at the Glendale location. Y'all are awesome!"
"MA turnover affects orders being faxed. I’ve waited for a month on an order that was never sent. Awful experience after spending so much time choosing an office for my 4 year old. I would have given one star if it wasn’t for the scheduler jumping to action to help. I hope you pay her decently so you don’t lose her too. Your admin staff makes or breaks your office…I can’t recommend this office…"
