"I honestly would never recommend this place, the office people are ok, but the ladies in the back and the "Dr" is rude and literally doesn't care about the people. Please don't bring your little ones here. All they want is for you to put tubes in kids ears when they don't need them. Place needs to be cleaned and honestly it needs to be shut down. I wish I look at the reviews before going because they are bad. Again don't bring your kids here, they don't care. It's all about money to them. Id put a 0 star if I could."

"Would not recommend this office for your small children. We were referred here for issues my daughter was experiencing, wait time was almost 45 minutes just to be seen for less than 5. I understand this isn’t a pediatric ENT office but you could still show a bit of kindness while seeing smaller children. Our visit was rushed, my questions were unanswered and it felt transactional more than anything."

"My daughter was referred to this office. Not only did they call me 2 days late, but the lady who called was rude and was quick to hang up on me. I would never trust rude behavior to handle my daughter’s needs. Do not go here!!"

"The office was very clean and the front desk was very helpful. However the complaint i had for small unknown bump in the back of my throat, the dr. performed a rhinoscopy while in the office and didn't see what i was feeling but jumped to removing my tonsils, and "if it was still bothering you will go from there" I declined the procedure went back to my primary and found a infection that was causing my "tonsils" to be inflamed, "not inflamed per primary doctor." Sometimes Surgery isn't always the answer.. but money continues to flow.."

"I was referred to this ENT office due to my daughter’s nose issues. Today we got antibiotic cream to help her nose however the wait time was ridiculous! I had to pull my daughter out of school for this appointment and we even arrived 25 min early and still waited an additional 30 min so almost a full hour just to be diagnosed in 2 min. Doctor was okay just kind of stand-off ish. Office was so small and stuffy and waiting that long was pretty miserable considering another patient had a horrible cologne on that made the entire lobby reek! I know that’s not their fault but the way I was spoke to was rude. The lady who answers the phone when I called back gave me a snarky attitude when I was just calling to see if the prescription was sent to the pharmacy because when I checked I didn’t see it. Rude rude rude!"
