Misdiagnosed me and told me to go back to er and get psych evaluation and gave my phone number out to a mental health institution without my consent. Only spoke with various medical assistants who gave me conflicting information. Terrible nurse practitioner who will not take your needs seriously. Don't bother wasting your time. Lazy nurse who doesn't care."
