Ultimately I switched to a different practice, ONLY because I wanted to give birth at a specific hospital that the providers at Arizona Women’s Specialists don’t have privileges at, but I highly recommend this practice regardless. The nurse practitioner, Kassandra, is super personable and did a great job at listening to my concerns."

"I have been coming here for some time now. I recently had Dr.Folkestad deliver my baby July 9th,2023. Everything went ok until after my delivery I developed high blood pressure and started seeing his MA. They put me on blood pressure medication and I noticed that it didn’t really help me my blood pressure would go all over the place I would take it and it would still be high. I called the office just to continuously be turned down and told that they can’t help me any further unless it’s to do with my postpartum. I am truly heartbroken to know that they really did not care about what was going on with me and making me feel like I was a burden to them. They would just send me off to the ER and I would be told to follow up with them. Just to go through the same run around. Please come here with caution. They are nice people but sometimes their judgement makes me think twice about the care they have given me."

"I called at 8 am & spoke with Adilene who helped me schedule a same day appointment with Dr. Sha. I was seen in office at 10:15 & out of the office by 11am. Being a new patient with no insurance I thought it was very kind of Dr. Sha to have not charged me full price of my ultrasound, an amazing experience for being a first time patient in this office."

"The staff were nice enough but I was left waiting in a dirty room for 45 minutes (after my appointment time was scheduled) - I am more concerned with the level of cleanliness than the wait. Over all it wasn’t a great experience."

"Dr. Shah is great but the management of this office has unfortunately ruined my experience. They have canceled my follow up appointment last minute twice now. After rearranging my schedule for this follow up appointment for a second time, I would have appreciated notice of the cancellation prior to the day of. The first time I went into the office to find that my appointment was canceled and today I received a phone call an hour before my appointment to notify me of the cancellation. If you have a busy life schedule and value your time, I'd recommend going elsewhere."
