"Scheduled an appointment for 2pm today. Arrived early, checked in and waited. And waited. And waited. Approached the front desk and asked about the delay. Was told that there had been a lot of walk ins today and that was the cause. Was also told that if I wanted to reschedule, it should be a morning appointment as the pattern is likely to repeat. Why even have the illusion of making an appointment online as I did? Why prioritize walk ins over appointments? Terrible protocol and disrespect for patients who have busy schedules. Looking for a new doctor now, just not in this chain."
"I really was impressed with the care I received. No nonsense, punctual, clean. Professional staff and down to earth doctors. I had a GYN appointment as well as a physical. Check in process is electronic through your phone so you don’t have to use a community tablet which I greatly appreciate."
