"I gave this place 2 starts instead of 1 star for the fact that Doctor Russell and Kristy are great !! Nothing but great things to say about them 2 and I think so highly of them 2! BUT Gina, the lady that works in the billing was so rude and no empathy whatsoever ! This place is HORRIBLE! They let me rack up $1000 bill and refused to tell me that they no longer accepted my insurance and had Gina from billing call me and she was so rude and would not work out a payment plan with me when they should have informed me that they no longer accepted my insurance And now they let me rack up a $1000 bill And they're expecting me to pay that in full with no payment plan and as rude as Gina was to me they're not getting a dime from me now ! All this woman is doing is hurting your business, not helping you make money at all whatsoever which is the point of running a business in the first place. And don't waste your time with this place, I was having a huge mental health crisis and needed to speak with them and messaged them on the app And called and called and called and nobody would call me back. You will literally sit on hold forever and will be lucky to get through to anybody at all! I've sat on hold over 30 minutes before and called and called and still couldn't get through to anybody! The fact that I was having a huge Mental health crisis And begged them thru the app For somebody to call me , I even had to call the pharmacist amanda And asked her to have someone call me and that i was having a huge crisis and they still didn't call me AT ALL!! I would not do business with this place because you will be dissapointed! And that Gina lady with the billing department has no business working there! All she's doing is pushing people away and making them go somewhere else! Worst mental health clinic ever!!!!"

"Well this was my first time going to Sahara Behavioral Health and I was beyond impressed. The first thing that impressed me was how they decorated the waiting room it was so inviting and warm and cozy. I'm not the easiest person to impress but I was so impressed the staff was beautiful and how they greeted you and my nurse practitioner Pria Balon was so receptive. She really showed me she cared and wanted to help me and that I could call anytime if I had any questions or if I needed to talk with her and she would call me back at the end of the day who does that these days not too many I mean I would say 90% no and 10% yes well they're the 10 percenters I recommend anyone who needs medication prescribed for any mental behavioral issues they are the best I've ever seen and I'm 61 years old I've been through therapy and all that since I was 18. The pharmacy is right there on the premises around the back of the front entrance and those two women the pharmacist and the pharmacy tech were so kind offered me a bottle of water. I asked for a plastic bag and they gave me a beautiful plastic bag. At the front in the waiting room they have a bowl of miniature candy bars which I enjoyed I give them 10 Stars thank you Sahara Behavioral Health you have a client forever sincerely Kelly Oliver"

"Told the doctor about my history with SSRIs and didn't want to be on another one then I was prescribed two simultaneously. Had the same experience I did on previous ones and stopped taking them. Tried to call to schedule an earlier appointment and couldn't get ahold of anyone for days until I received a call that my counseling appointment had to be canceled. Staff doesn't listen to my input and I overall had a negative experience."
