"I went to Aurora for medication management, they did provide me the medication I needed however. They didn’t provide therapy for the 7 day stay, I was only seen by the doctor for 5 mins, I had no one to talk to besides the other patients there. The nurses were overworked, and unable to talk with. If you’re looking for detox this is the place to go, however if you’re here for mental health services they literally do not care about your wellbeing. They don’t offer 1:1 therapy, only group therapy that’s coloring/sports/meditation. They also provide social services group therapy. The food was good, they offer smoke breaks (with cigarettes, no E-vapes), smoke breaks are your only time outside. I was told I would be there for 3 days but they kept me another 4 days for “observation”. I only went to get back on my medication. The environment is dark and moody. Hope this review helps someone pick another option for mental health care."

"It's always get a different perspective on the way different people raise their children. So, this does help when dealing with other diverse individuals, but I've never personally ever done or said things to my parent's nor did my children or grandchildren, but this is what makes the world go round."

"My teenage daughter was violated by having a male strip search her and feel her up and down. He even tried to help her get dressed. I felt this was inappropriate, not to mention I was told that only woman would be checking her. I wouldn't have written a review but I called to report this and never got a call back. Also, they never suggested outpatient care. I was hoping for a better experience since we were already going through enough! I recommend Charlie Health for intense outpatient care. They have been amazing!"
