"This place is a JOKE! Steer clear!! What a waste of time, over and over again. They make you go to 7 separate appointments before cataract surgery. Pretty sure this could all be done in one shot. The Dr. talks to you like you're stupid when you ask questions. Like....sorry, I'm just trying to figure out what's next. The customer service/front desk is rude and doesn't know anything. It seems like it's everyone's first day, every time."

"If anyone has blue california insurance, just know you actually have eyemed for vision under blue. But honestly don't even tell them you have eyemed, tell a different eye center entirely. The receptionists won't make the connection, won't try to help, and will probably smirk at your misfortune as they add another $200 to the exam. Happened to me after they knew I was likely going to pay out of pocket for the exam. I don't review much but I can't this experience out of my head. I want to warn people, it was really bad. Anyway, Highly recommend Lenscrafters! They know better, aren't sketchy, and at least willing to work with you. :)"

"The staff here is phenomenal, but there is a long wait. Horrible parking situation and insufficient waiting room seating made for a difficult experience with my 93 year old father in law. Would be 2 stars if not for the friendly and thorough staff."
