"Extremely disappointed, I got referred to this office by my doctor. On my first visit doctor stated a had a heart murmur, I stated I do not have one. Made me get tested just to find out I do not have heart murmur. Second visit had me go get medical scan by another clinic because they do not have the scanning device. Did the scan at the other clinic in September came back to Doctor Bears office December just for him to state, he could not help me cause I did not get scan, I got very upset because I got the scan done in September 23 and my recheck by Doctors Bear office was in December when the information should have been logged.They called me back the next day and said sorry I did get scan at the other clinic but it was not in there system."

"I'm highly disappointed in this place. My father had carotid artery surgery on 8/1 due to a blockage (or so we heard) with Stephen Smith, the surgery supposedly went well but we never heard anything else from the doctor. Days later my dads legs started bothering him so they called the doctor and no one responded to them for 4 days! Even then it wasn't a doctor or nurse, it was just a guy calling back people. Thank goodness he got into his doctor immediately to find out it wasn't related and he was okay. Then his follow up appointment got canceled due to an emergency, which I understand. But then on the day of the make up appointment something in my dads neck popped and his neck immediately began swelling. I'd assume if it was his artery he may no longer be with us so luckily that wasn't the case but he was rushed to the hospital and had to have emergency surgery on his neck. Supposedly they cut his muscle doing original surgery and this popped causing bleeding and swelling. The hospital talked to the doctor or someone at Peak but do you think anyone has called to check on my father? No. Have my parents both called the office trying to speak to someone? Yes. Even if he is a good doctor, which I am not to sure of at the moment, the follow-up & care at this place is a disgrace! I wouldn't recommend bringing a family member here. I know I wish my dad had gotten a second opinion and gone with a different doctor. Someone who cares."
