"This office was amazing. I had knee surgery and my knee brace was not fitting correctly and kept slipping. David and Angela were so helpful, speaking with my surgeon's office to get me some help in fitting it."

"This clinic has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. While in rehab they promised my mother they will get her AFO no matter what once she was discharged. Since then they actively have not been helpful; they originally told us they don’t do home visits unless someone is bedbound. My mother is, she can’t stand and has severe lameness on her left side due to a stroke and can’t put any weight on her leg without it buckling dangerously. This was the whole reason for her getting this AFO. We have PTs coming here to my house (which is 10 minutes from the clinic in Peoria) bc car transfers are considered DANGEROUS because she CANT STAND ON HER OWN. Her wheelchair will not be ready until end of March but they will not make any effort to help get her already molded brace to her. The receptionist (Angeline?) has immense attitude and stated they can take the AFO to AVONDALE where my mothers house is but “if she can go to Avondale she can come into the clinic just fine” verbatim. We’ve been nothing but patient and followed their orders only to be met with this atrocious attitude and now getting hung up on when we call in for an update."

"Joke. I was told my back brace was covered by insurance. I went there before surgery and was told after long wait it wasn't and they could give it to me for $400. I refused. 2 days later I had back surgery. A week after surgery a lady called and gave me a number to call and said they could give me a deal for a back brace. I called the number a gentleman answered and stated there were no records or info for me to call. He stated he would look into it and call me back. No call back. Now 2 1/2 weeks after surgery I get a call from the office. The lady states her notes show the gentleman I called informed me the back brace is now $600 and did I still want it. I informed her that gentleman never told me a price or gave me any information. I feel they do not care or communicate well with patients. I do not recommend"

"I would give 0 stars. These people don't care about you. My son needs a brace and they always give you the run around. They told me his brace was approved on the1/5 for the 12/31. From Jan 5 til the 13th they did absolutely nothing. I called like 5 times on this before and they didn't resubmit the brace approval until 13th my son needs his scoilis brace is in pain because his is to small. Not to mention it's all out of pocket so I pay 1,180. Honestly I should have gone somewhere else. The same thing happened with his 1st brace. These people a slackers except Brian he fits you for the brace he's fantastic. I'm wondering if I went to a different location would it be quicker."

"I started my life changing journey with the Sun City Hanger location, when a different location was not receptive to my concerns about an arm brace provided. The front office staff was extremely kind and professional. I first met with Brian and he attempted to correct the errors of the other location. Brian was very open and patient and got the brace into a place where I could finally use it. Brian was amazing. I was then order a very complex leg AFO and had the pleasure of working with Abe. I was already beyond impressed with this location, but Abe's compassion, professionalism and forward thinking has done leaps and bounds to change my life. I cannot properly express how far above and beyond Abe goes for his patients. The entire process was completely transparent with regards to pricing, timelines and expectations. I feel like I have true partner in my health with everyone at this Hanger Clinic."
